Ulster Baseball Takes Two Against Westchester

Senators traveled to Valhalla, NY on Saturday to take on Westchester Community College in a a doubleheader matchup. In the first contest, Senators started of strong ending the first inning with a 6-0 advantage over Westchester. The lead proved to be insurmountable as the Senators would go on to defeat Westchester 7-4. Ty Orologio and Nick Classie led the Senators with two hits each for the first matchup. Rafael Figuereo and Ian Sickler had 2 RBI's a piece to help lead the Senators to victory. 

The Senators would carry the momentum over to the second half of the doubleheader, winning 13-3. Austin Napoli and Rafael Figuereo led the Senators with 3 hits a piece. Jared Yalon and Trevor Adamo added two hits each for the Senators. Austin Napoli led the Senators with 3 RBI's. Rafael Figuereo and Jared Yalon added two hits each to help lead the Senators to victory. 

The Senators will enter the last stretch of the season on Thursday, when they host SUNY Rockland at Cantine Park. Start time is 3:30 pm.
