The Senators got out to a quick start as
Andrew Foster (Kingston) opened the scoring in the 4th min on a beautiful ball over the top from
Miguel Ruiz (NFA). Kingsborough would pounce on a defensive mistake and tie the game 1-1 just six minutes later. Ulster regained control of the match and
EJ Lazo (Washingtonville) would make it 2-1 in the 28th on an assist from Foster. Just two minutes later, Lazo would find
Imari Harris (Kingston) who blasted a shot to the back of the net giving Ulster a 3-1 lead that they would take to the half. The Senators controlled most of the play in the second half and Mohamed Fadl (North Rockland) put the game out of reach with a goal in the 86th assisted by
Anthony Martinez (NFA) and again in the 88th on a nice strike to the far corner.
Leon Maendel (Mt Academy) started in goal for Ulster and made 2 saves. Ulster finish the regular season 8-3-1 overall and 3-0-1 in conference.
Next up...The Senators look to defend their conference title! This is their 6th straight trip to the big game, winning the last 3.
