Randy Delanoy named head coach of the Ulster Community College Senators after serving as the Head Baseball Coach at Sullivan Community College for two seasons.
During Delanoy's time with the Generals, Sullivan won back-to-back Region 15 titles and were also Mid Hudson Conference Champions last season. Delanoy was responsbile for coaching a roster of over 40 baseball student-athletes for both varsity and junior varsity programs along with recruiting over 20 student-athletes for each academic year. He also was responsible for working directly with admissions with course scheduling to meet eligibility requirements for competition. Delanoy also oversaw transfer options from the JUCO level to four-year institutions where he saw close to 30 student-athletes transfer in a two-year span.
Prior to his time at SUNY Sullivan, Delanoy was on the coaching staff at SUNY Ulster from 2016-2022. Delanoy was an assistant coach for three seasons before being named the Interim Head Coach in 2021. During Delanoys time with the Senators, Ulster won 3 consecutive region 15 titles. 2019, 2021, 2022
Delanoy is also owner of Hudson Valley Select Training Facility and Hudson Valley Select Travel Baseball organization, both beginning in 2019.
Delanoy was an two-time All-Region 15 player during his time as a student-athlete at SUNY Ulster before transferring to St. Bonaventure where he was named a team captain in 2015.
Delanoy graduated from SUNY Ulster with an Associates degree in Individual Studies in 2013 before attending St. Bonaventure and graduting with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies with a minor in Business in 2016.
