Biography
Lauren Mahany is attending Ulster as a freshman and Fine Arts major. Lauren took classes at Ulster as a senior in high school, and she intends to transfer to a four-year school once obtaining her associates. Lauren attended Wawarsing Christian Academy and although they didn’t have a volleyball team, Lauren played in high school as a starting setter for Ellenville. In addition to her high school career, Lauren played on a travel team during her junior and senior years. Lauren is constantly on her toes on the court and has enjoyed playing as an outside hitter this season. Playing volleyball is a big part of Lauren’s life, but she also enjoys singing, acting, hikes, nature, and more.Â
